Constipation? High Dose Vitamin C Rapidly Empties Bowels

Constipation is considered anything less than 1 bowel movement per day. Chronic constipation will cause:

  • Bowel toxicity
  • Intestinal dysbiosis
  • Digestive problems
  • Indigestion
  • Leaky gut
  • Liver toxicity
  • Sluggishness

Daily elimination should be close to the equivalent of food consumed the day before.

If feces are hard or dry, putrification has already taken place. This will offset the balance of intestinal flora and will release harmful toxins into the bloodstream. There are many ways to prevent constipation as well as to immediately relieve it.

Major Causes of Constipation

  • Anaerobic Imbalance – Cell membranes are too tight and imbalances exist between sterols:fatty acids.
  • Ketogenic (slow oxidative imbalance)
  • Sympathetic dominance
  • Too little fiber
  • Parasites
  • Imbalanced intestinal flora
  • Pre-existing toxicities
  • Not enough water
  • Sluggish thyroid and/or adrenals
  • Candidiasis overgrowth
  • Vitamin C 'Bowel Saturation' Flush

High oral doses of vitamin C will rapidly increase bowel movements. Results occur usually within 1 hour. However, it should be noted that the type of vitamin C should be calibrated to your metabolic type. Taking the wrong type of vitamin C for your metabolic predispositions can and will push your ph in the wrong direction.

Acid Metabolic Types should AVOID high doses of acidifying vitamin C. Alkaline Metabolic types should AVOID high doses of Alkaline forming vitamin C. You know you took the wrong kind of vitamin C if you have heartburn, fatigue, over-excitability, sluggishness or other symptoms.

CORRECT Forms of Vitamin C for the 6 Metabolic Sub-Types:

Fast Oxidizers (Acid) – Calcium Ascorbate or Sodium Ascorbate

Parasympathetic Types (Alkaline) – Ascorbic Acid

Slow Oxidizers (Alkaline) – Ascorbic Acid

Sympathetic Types (Acid) – Calcium Ascorbate or Sodium Ascorbate

Mixed Oxidizers – Any kind may be okay

Autonomic Balanced Types – Any kind may be okay.

Instructions

Caution: chronic constipation should be addressed with other methods.

** Dissolve each half-teaspoon (1.5 grams) of the correct type of vitamin c in 2 or more ounces of water or diluted juice (juice diluted 1:1 with water). Plan to count and record each dosage.
A healthy person begins with a level half-teaspoon dissolved in 1-2 ounces of water or diluted juice every 15 minutes. A moderately healthy person begins with 1 teaspoon every 15 minutes. A person in ill health begins with 2 teaspoons every 15 minutes. If after four doses there is no gurgling or rumbling in the gut, you should double the initial dosage and continue every 15 minutes. It usually takes between 10-15 teaspoons of vitamin c to achieve bowel saturation, depending on the individual and the type of vitamin c being used.

Continue with these instructions at the proper time intervals until you reach a watery stool or an enema- like evacuation of liquid from the rectum. This is as if a quart or so of liquid is expressed from the rectum.

CAUTION: Do not stop at loose stool. You want to energize the body to "flush out" toxins and reduce the risk that they may recirculate and induce problems.
